Myspace Aims For Redesign

Posted by: Shaun In: Design| General

According to Ars Technica, Myspace will be peeling off their website’s old wallpaper and giving everything a lick of paint.

Myspace appears to be trailing behind Facebook when it comes to social networking, but maybe a redesign is just what it needs. Not just aesthetically, but improving the functionality will be important when they launch their 2.0 design on Monday.

We all know that most of the user profiles on Myspace are hideously designed. It seems to have a severe case of ‘HTML in the wrong hands’. Although there are a few exceptions when it comes to user profile designs.

I divert your attention to a rather old but brilliant article featuring Myspace layouts which don’t look like Myspace at all! The designers featured here are Gods among geeks.
